Cholam puttu mix is a traditional South Indian dish made from Cholam , also known as pearl millet or bajra. Cholam is a popular breakfast dish in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, typically made from rice flour and steamed in cylindrical bamboo or metal molds. Cholam puttu, however, replaces rice flour with Cholam flour, offering a healthier and gluten-free alternative.
